Ormonde Gate
This 1100sq ft ultra luxurious apartment project was a successful collaboration with a young English gentleman. Ormonde Gate In one of the most desirable addresses in Central London with fantastic communal gardens.
We joined two East and West flats into one and this gave great natural light both in the morning and afternoon.
The space was quite limited so the internal layout had to be very carefully planned. The flow was important and the proportions of the open plan layout had to be perfect. We got to that by designing a spectacular stainless steel and walnut Boffi kitchen.
The polished steel and glass staircase separated the open plan area at the front and the master suite at the back. This was a design feature and it was exceptionally well executed.
The combination of Minotti and Philippe Hurel furniture allowed for a young and exciting open plan reception room.
A marble stone bench would lead us to a very comfortable dining area.
A combination of marble and mosaic in the guest shower room was a success and the master bathroom instead was very in contrast very relaxing with a combination of limestone and timber decking.
The combination of curtains and Venetian blinds gives the right balance between formal and informal.
In this project we have a proven that a lot can be done even with limited interiors. The Client was very happy with the result.
We have designed and project managed this refurbishment very successfully.
