Basil Mansions

This 3500sq ft ultra luxurious lateral Knightsbridge apartment project was a successful property development project that led to further projects with the Client.

We transformed the layout in a fantastic way. The flow between the reception room, dining room and kitchen allowed for the best entertainment space.

The use of special finishes throughout made this interior unique and timeless.

A combination of polished plaster, marble and fabric on the walls made this interior feel very comfortable but at the same time luxurious.

Some architectural details in gold leaf in several areas are some the great features of this apartment.

Large Travertine marble slabs were sourced from Italy.

The motorised curtains optimised privacy but allowed the North East facing property to get the best natural light in the morning.

The Boffi kitchen with polyester cupboard doors and Subzero appliances is accompanied by an onyx and stainless steel combination top.

The book matched marble in the master bathroom in combination with Boffi collection sanitary ware is a pleasure to walk up to.

The ceiling details in this lateral apartment are a great distraction.

When discreetly lit this will generate a fantastic environment for my clients personal belongings.

We proposed to deliver this brief by specifying all the walls and ceilings to be finished in ‘Stucco Veneziano’. This gives great luminosity and it enhances the architectural detailing within the scheme.

A combination of Minotti and Philippe Hurel furniture is what can be seen in these photos.

The motorised curtain tracks would allow for the curtains to expose the numerous windows facing Basil Street. The elegance of the pleated curtains gives a unique warmth to this lateral open plan apartment.

The level of joinery detailing in this property makes it a pleasure to use because everything has been designed for the sole use of the owner.
