We offer a sequence of services that have proved to be time efficient giving us 100% punctuality with the delivery of our projects.
We dedicate time to understand the client’s needs, discuss the brief, time-scale and budget.
We prepare a few proposals to address the client’s brief to assess feasibility considering Planning, structural and costing implications. We would informally consult our trusted collaborators such as Planning specialists, Structural engineers and our in-house quantity surveyour to provide our clients with a reliable opinion.
The Client will chose the preferred option and we get formally appointed.
With a professionally surveyed CAD file we prepare more detailed schemes for Client’s consideration and approval.
Once the proposed floor plan is established we prepare a full architectural drawing package and presentation boards. A fully detailed specification of works is written along side.
Our presentation boards include samples and CGIs if required.
All necessary consents are obtained. These include: Party Wall Awards, Listed Building consent, Planning Consent and Licence to Alter.
When the Design Package and costing are agreed we get appointed as Project Managers to manage the Construction project.
For projects in London we would do daily site visits and for projects abroad we would personally be present monthly and our representatives present daily.
Our project management service will keep the project on schedule, it will organise all necessary deliveries and it will provide quality control.
